

About Us
Let us first introduce ourselves. We’re Lincoln and Charlotte and we’re passionate pastry chefs and the creators of The Icicle Bicycle. We’ve worked in high end hospitality for 8 years each, creating pastry for high end guests from celebrities to heads of state.

Our journey didn't lead us through culinary college or an advanced and prestigious pastry school like Cordon Bleu; instead we learnt from hands on experience and hard work, which we believe encapsulates the ethos of The Icicle Bicycle. We have a highly personal and passionate approach to food.

The icicle bicycle is our creative venture. Drawing from our experience creating dishes on Michelin menus, where the cold element of an Ice cream, Gelato or sorbet can bring a dish together in a fun and highly creative way.

We want to bring that creativity to your event with The Icicle Bicycle. We’ve been busy creating a range of gelato and sorbet that have a mix of classic flavours along with more adventurous and worldly flavours, as well as using some of our technical pastry skills to conjure up a range of confectionary and pastries that all come together to create a more fun and whimsical experience for your guests.
